Using the latest state-of-the-art technology and test-of-time proven traditional techniques, your new signage will be carefully manufactured and assembled in our Ashford-based factory. From foam and plastic right through to stainless steel and aluminium, we produce eye-catching and long-lasting display solutions in a multitude of materials.
As well as our talented in-house design and manufacturing teams, we also have a dedicated installation crew who travel the country day-in, day-out to fit, service and, if necessary, repair signs for our vast array of clients.
The basis of most fascia signs, the aluminium tray can be made to almost any size, colour and shape and can have numerous finishes and lighting effects applied.
Aluminium wall mounted tray signs system offers a more prominent appearance (and greater variety of illumination and shaping options) than a flat panel sign. Typically found where customers are keen for a 3D effect with no visible fixings, the Tray sign system allows for almost unlimited variation in size, shape and return depth.
All wall mounted trays signs are dress welded and ground down at the corners to give a seamless finish. They are also sprayed to a colour, even if they are to have a printed vinyl finish. We can spray to any standard RAL colour or can mix to match a specific colour reference.
Additionally, and as with all aluminium products, trays can be embellished with a multitude of illumination and print finish options. Our design team can produce artwork for you that will then be digitally printed to an extremely high standard and laminated to help protect it from the elements for an even longer lifespan.
